To customize a paper box, start with the design. Once the design is finalized, the box’s basic specifications are largely determined. If there are any uncertainties, please let us know, and we’ll provide recommendations or optimizations based on your needs. Before mass production, we can create prototypes as needed. There are several types of prototypes:
White Sample: No printing is applied; the entire box retains the paper’s natural color, serving only to confirm the paper material and box shape;
Digital Sample: Features digital printing for reference purposes only; the colors will differ from the final production run, but it serves to confirm the paper material and box shape;
Production Sample: This is a sample produced on the actual production line, identical to the final batch. Since this sample follows the same production process as the final batch，including plate making，the cost is higher. The color, paper material, and box shape are all identical to the final product. This option is recommended for projects with high presentation requirements. However, for simpler box designs, we suggest opting for one of the first two sample types.
