He needs to receive the goods in the first week of July, and we immediately checked with the freight forwarder to confirm the shipping time. Air freight takes 9-12 days, so we must deliver the goods to the freight forwarder before June 24th. The production time left for us is from the finalization to June 23rd. With our daily production capacity of tens of thousands, this production time is sufficient for us, so we quickly answered yes to him.
Due to the late time of the day, the quotation was sent to the customer on June 17th. The customer also expressed their desire to save budget by air freight and air separation sea freight. Based on the customer's needs, we modified the shipping cost, and the customer directly agreed to the quotation. That night, our design department also checked the design documents, and there were some issues with the QR code we converted from the documents. On the 18th, we reconfirmed the documents with the customer and asked them to confirm the order and authorize us; Starting from the 19th, all departments here will officially handle this urgent order. We need to prepare paper raw materials, arrange production line orders, and issue them to various production lines for coordination; On the 20th, the order was placed on the production line; On the 21st, we will shoot a video to inform the client of the progress of printing completion, and on the 23rd, the mountain production will be completed; Take finished product videos, package photos and other materials and send them all to the customer, and send the goods to the freight forwarder in Yiwu.
