Each process has its own unique features
1. Laminating process: Using high-quality laminating materials, applied by professional equipment, to provide tough protection for the printed materials, and enhance the wear-resistant, water-resistant and stain-resistant performance.
2. Varnishing: Using advanced varnishing technology to increase the surface gloss of printed materials, presenting high-quality visual effects and enhancing the overall texture.
3.Local UV process: produce a bright contrast effect locally on the matte film, showing rich colors and three-dimensional sense of hierarchy.
4. hot stamping process: use hot pressing hot stamping to add metallic luster to the printed materials, enhance the sense of luxury and high-grade quality.
5. Corrugated laminating process: laminating paper and corrugated cardboard with environmentally friendly starch glue to add a solid structure to the printed materials.
6. Die-cutting process: Through precise die-cutting equipment, the printed materials are accurately cut into various shapes to meet the needs of personalized design.
Our post-press workshop is equipped with advanced domestic post-press equipment and professional team, such as MTM automatic laminating machine, Guowang automatic foil stamping and die-cutting machine,Jinbao automatic partial UV machine, Dingxing automatic high Speed laminating machine, and Rolam automatic high speed folder gluer, etc., to strictly control each process and ensure that the printed materials achieve excellent quality.
